State Treasurer urges Oklahomans to search for unclaimed property

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma State Treasurer's Office is reminding Oklahoman residents to check and see if they have unclaimed money waiting for them.

According to the State Treasurer's Office, residents should include checking for unclaimed property as its office holds 1.2 billion in unclaimed property with many residents unaware they are owed anything.
