Hussain: Kashmiris are victims of territory dispute

A territorial dispute between two nuclear-armed neighbors has been a flashpoint in Southeast Asia for 78 years. So far, the dispute and the hostilities have been contained under international pressure. Unfortunately, there is always a flare-up after the lull. The Kashmir dispute has the potential of spiraling out of control from conventional war to a nuclear confrontation. The solution has so far been elusive.
