Sarah Sherman is breaking her silence on that controversial The White Lotus sketch on Saturday Night Live.

Last month, the sketch comedy series aired a parody of the hit HBO series titled “White Potus,” in which Sarah wore prosthetic teeth to portray Aimee Lou Wood‘s character Chelsea.

After the sketch aired, Aimee spoke out, denouncing the way they mocked her teeth, calling it “mean and unfunny.”

In a new interview, Sarah responded to backlash surrounding the sketch.
