Man convicted in Delaware County murder, kidnapping, rape sentenced to over 40 years

POWELL, Ohio (WCMH) – A Powell man convicted of murdering a man and kidnapping and raping his girlfriend will spend a minimum of 43 years in prison.

Brandon Toleque, who was found guilty of murder with two firearm specifications, one count of first-degree kidnapping, and one count of first-degree rape, was sentenced to 43-years-to-life in prison.
