Asian American Group Alleges Yale Continues To Engage In Affirmative Action Discrimination

According to The College Fix, “An Asian American coalition has filed a federal civil rights complaint against Yale University alleging discrimination using racial proxies during the 2023-2024 admission cycle.”

This accusation is despite the ruling from The Supreme Court that Colleges may not admit based on or discriminate based on race.
