'Free of charge': Trump confirms admin is getting a 'gifted' plane from Iran-tied nation

Donald Trump on Sunday confirmed the "fact" that the Defense Department will be receiving a free aircraft from a nation with ties to Iran.

It was reported that Trump's administration would be gifted a $400 million plane from Qatar, and that the plane would be used as Air Force One until Trump leaves office, when he would use it for his own personal travel. Qatar poured cold water on the reports, saying the plan was not yet finalized.

Trump, on the other hand, confirmed them as "fact."
