The ceremony, attended by high-ranking Pakistani military officials and political figures, raised concerns over Pakistan’s continued links with terror groups. India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri condemned the state-sponsored funeral, asserting that Pakistan's actions demonstrate support for banned groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), and the Resistance Front (TRF).
