Goldsmith arrested for stealing gold bars worth Rs 75 lakh in Coimbatore

In Coimbatore, a guest worker named D Sylendra Singh, employed at Sri Sha Jewels, was arrested by RS Puram police for stealing a 750-gram gold bar worth Rs 75 lakhs. The owner, B Selvendran, had entrusted Singh with the keys to the smithery. Following a police inquiry, Singh confessed to the theft, and the gold was recovered.
