GEORDIE Shore’s Holly Hagan has admitted that she feels “triggered” to talk about her weight loss after losing 3st.

The reality star, 32, who starred on the MTV show when she was just 18, welcomed her first baby with her husband Jacob Blyth last year and has proudly showed off the efforts of her weight loss journey.
