Drainage issues raise concerns for St. Landry residents

ST. LANDRY PARISH, LA (KLFY) -- Just 24 hours after heavy rain struck down here in St. Landry Parish, floodwaters are still backed up which raises concerns for residents.

"It should have been gone by now," said a St. Landry resident who would like to stay anonymous.
