Man convicted in 2023 Delaware County murder, kidnapping

DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) – A Powell man accused of killing a man, then kidnapping and raping his girlfriend was convicted by a jury Wednesday.

Brandon Toleque, 32, was convicted of two counts of murder with firearm specifications, one first-degree felony county of kidnapping, and one count of first-degree felony rape. Watch a previous report on this case in the video player above.
