Tipsy Scoop serving up liquor-infused ice cream in North Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A new shop in Portland is giving customers a chance to mix ice cream and cocktails.

The new Tipsy Scoop on North Mississippi Avenue creates liquor-infused ice cream and sorbet inspired by classic and contemporary cocktails.

KOIN 6 News' Emma Jerome visited the shop to see what wonderful flavors they are scooping up.
