Ombudsman releases scathing report on Portland Fire & Rescue

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Five months after a KOIN 6 News investigation, the Portland Ombudsman's Office called out Portland Fire & Rescue for fire safety issues at a relatively new Habitat for Humanity complex.
