PM Modi-led Cabinet clears key reforms in skilling, IIT expansion, and coal allocation

The Union Cabinet has approved significant initiatives to bolster India's skill development, higher education, and energy security. These include upgrading ITIs and establishing skill centers, expanding five IITs to enhance research and increase student capacity, and revising the SHAKTI policy to streamline coal allocation for power plants, promoting efficiency and investment.
