Karnataka Chief minister Siddaramaiah begins headcount of 101 SC sub-castes ahead of sub-quota rollout

Karnataka initiates SC census to assess backwardness and introduce internal quotas. CM Siddaramaiah launched the initiative following tensions over the caste census report.
