Sprouting moong, methi, and more in space? What Shubhanshu Shukla’s mission aims to discover about Indian superfoods in zero gravity

Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla will travel to the International Space Station. He is part of Axiom Mission-4. The mission includes astronauts from the USA, Hungary, and Poland. They will study how plants grow in microgravity. Shukla will lead experiments with moong and methi seeds. ISRO hopes to understand the effects of space on these sprouts.
