India aims to strengthen ties with Africa, focusing on its strengths. It will not view the region through competition with China. India will leverage skills training and low-cost solutions. Angola's President Joao Lourenco's visit resulted in a USD 200 million Line of Credit. MoUs were signed in agriculture, culture, and traditional medicine.
