Update: Wind advisory in place for Delta for Sunday and Monday

Carquinez Strait and Delta, Northern Sacramento Valley, Central Sacramento Valley and Southern Sacramento Valley are the focus of an updated wind advisory issued at 12:18 p.m. on Friday by the National Weather Service. The advisory is valid from Sunday 8 a.m. until Monday, May. 5 at 8 p.m.

The NWS Sacramento CA said, “North winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph expected. Strongest winds along and west of I-5.”
