Florida Heartbeat Law Saves 12,000 Babies From Abortions During Its First Year

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the enforcement of Florida’s Heartbeat Act. This piece of legislation signed by Governor Ron DeSantis in April 2023 protects preborn children in Florida after six weeks’ gestation.
