Although Andor is very much its own Star Wars TV series, it still has to follow some of the rules of the faraway galaxy. And, because the series takes place so close to the events of Rogue One and the original 1977 movie, A New Hope, it makes sense why certain characters and locations are popping up in this show. In the most recent block of Andor episodes, one familiar character suddenly had a brand-new face.
