Arrest made after man falls off balcony in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Port Jefferson man has been arrested in connection with an alleged assault that took place in Albany on Tuesday, according to the city's police department. Owen Travers, 21, reportedly faces two assault charges.
