A man suspected of fatally stabbing a young Malian in a mosque in southern France and filming the victim's agony has surrendered to police in Italy. Identified as 21-year-old Oliver Hadzovic by Italian police, and Olivier A. by French prosecutors, he was not driven by anti-Islamic motives, his lawyer said.
