Palestinian envoy accuses Israel of using aid as weapon in Gaza crisis

At the ICJ hearings, Palestinian Ambassador Ammar Hijazi accused Israel of weaponizing humanitarian aid amid Gaza’s humanitarian crisis, which has resulted from a prolonged blockade. Israel’s alleged genocide and obstruction of humanitarian efforts are under global scrutiny, with countries and organizations urging accountability. Since October 2023, over 52,314 Palestinians have died and 117,792 others injured due to Israeli aggression.
