Costco Rival Shutting Down 2 Restaurants

It's the end of an era for two restaurants that serviced Kentucky and Ohio area Kroger customers.

Two out of three of the company's Kitchen 1883 restaurants closed — the Union, KY, and Anderson Township, OH locations were impacted, per Grocery Dive. Kroger has not shared the reason why they are shutting down the restaurants, but the sole Kitchen 1883 location will remain open next to its corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
