Texas Longhorns football player arrested, charged with DWI
AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Texas Longhorns football player was arrested Sunday by the Austin Police Department, records show.
According to an APD affidavit, Nick Brooks, 18, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor. The affidavit said Brooks, whose legal name is Nicolai, was speeding in the 900 block of W. 6th St. just past 2 a.m. Sunday.
