Amtrak reimplements service cuts between Albany, New York City

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The spring schedule for Amtrak's Empire Service took effect on Monday. The new schedule includes reduced daily trips between Albany and New York City to allow for repairs to the East River Tunnel.
