OGS to host perpetual garage sale with surplus items in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Office of General Services will now be hosting a perpetual garage sale as an expansion of its state surplus property program. It will be at the OGS Campus Distribution Center in Building 18 at the W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus in Albany by appointment only.
