Hero Realty to invest Rs 3,000 crore in Gurgaon project

Hero Realty, supported by Sunil Kant Munjal's Hero Enterprise, has formed a second joint venture with Gurugram-based Saheb Enterprise to develop a premium residential complex in Sector 104, Gurugram. This follows their earlier partnership to develop over 2 million sq ft, with an estimated revenue of Rs 2,000 crore.
