Substance abuse: Saturday: Intoxicated driver crashes twice, cyclist hospitalised

A driver under the influence of alcohol and drugs caused two accidents within an hour on Saturday afternoon in Belval and Differdange, injuring a cyclist and another driver before being arrested by police.
