2 dead as bike collides head-on with truck on Annur–Coimbatore Road

In a tragic incident on Annur–Coimbatore Road, Gnanasekaran and Marisamy, employees of a copper wire firm, died when their motorcycle collided head-on with a mini truck. Gnanasekaran, while attempting to overtake a bus, crashed into the oncoming vehicle, resulting in fatal head injuries for both riders. Annur police have registered a case against the truck driver and are investigating the accident.
