Luigi Mangione Makes Final Decision on Murder Charges

Luigi Mangione is currently facing murder charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson back in December. And it sounds like he and his legal team have officially decided to fight those charges.

Mangione has been accused of gunning down Thompson on Dec. 4 as the CEO was walking into the Hilton Hotel in midtown, New York. He was arrested five days later at a McDonald's in Pennsylvania and was charged with murder through the use of a firearm, two counts of stalking, and a firearms offense.
