Prestige Hotel Ventures has filed DRHP with SEBI for its IPO, which comprises a Rs 1,700 crore fresh issue and Rs 1,000 crore offer for sale by promoter, Prestige Estates. Proceeds will fund debt repayment, acquisitions, and general purposes. The company owns luxury hospitality assets across India and operates 1,445 keys, with revenue growing at a 103.73% CAGR between FY22 and FY24.
