New Jersey wildfire: Who is Joseph Kling? Teenager charged with arson

Joseph Kling allegedly put several wooden pallets on fire during his visit to the Forked River Mountain Wilderness Area in Ocean County. Later on, he left the place without even properly extinguishing the bonfire. Authorities tracked down the origin of the fire with the help of Global Positioning System (GPS).
