NSE raises entry bar for SMEs seeking main board migration

The revised regulations introduce new financial and corporate governance criteria for SMEs. To be eligible, companies must have recorded over Rs 100 crore in operational revenue in the previous financial year and must show a positive operating profit in at least two of the last three financial years.
