One person dead in overnight stabbing in east Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) - One person is dead after an overnight stabbing in east Topeka.

The Topeka Police Department (TPD) responded to a possible stabbing just before 1 a.m. Wednesday at SE 2nd and California near Ripley Park.

According to a press release, one person was found suffering from a life-threatening injury. They were transported to a local hospital, where they later died.
