2008 Mumbai attacks: Accused Tahawwur Rana wants to talk to family, moves court

Tahawwur Hussain Rana, accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, has petitioned a court for permission to communicate with his family. The court has directed the NIA to respond to Rana's plea by April 23. Rana, a close associate of David Headley, was extradited to India after the US Supreme Court dismissed his review petition.
