19-year-old dies after falling while climbing Velliangiri Hills in Coimbatore

P Puvanesh, a 19-year-old from Thoothukudi, tragically died after slipping and falling into a gorge while climbing the seventh Velliangiri hill around 8:30 pm on Friday. He was with his friends when the accident occurred, sustaining fatal head injuries. Forest officials and dolly bearers recovered his body, and it was sent for postmortem after being declared dead.
