Man pleads guilty to having over a pound of cocaine in Albany
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A man with ties to Albany and Troy pleaded guilty to having narcotics with the intent to sell, per the Albany County District Attorney. David Colon, 44, previously served prison time for playing a role in a drug trafficking operation in 2022.
