Foreign donations for AAP: CBI books Durgesh Pathak, Kapil Bhardwaj; conducts searches

The CBI has raided the premises of former AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak, following an FIR filed against him for allegedly violating FCRA norms by receiving foreign donations. The FIR, based on a complaint from the Home Ministry and ED findings, alleges that AAP received Rs 1.08 crore from foreign residents, concealing donor identities and nationalities.
