RERA Impact: Builder asked to pay Rs 2.56 crore compensation and foreclose homebuyer’s housing loan

Karnataka RERA: A homebuyer who took home loan to buy an apartment in Bengaluru faced challenges when the bank started charging the EMIs but construction of the apartment was nowhere near complete.
