Four-year sentence issued to man involved in shooting death of 23-year-old in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) - A man charged in connection with the shooting death of a Holton man in 2023 near Washburn University received his sentence Tuesday.

27 News checked court records this week which show that Aaron A. Serrano, 34, was sentenced to 52 months or just over four years in prison on April 15. Aaron Serrano's sentence is connected to Jackson E. Danner, 23, of Holton who was killed in a shooting near Washburn University in 2023.
