Large fire in Adams causes 2 schools to evacuate

ADAMS, Mass. (NEWS10) -- A large fire in Adams, Massachusetts has caused the Hoosac Valley Elementary School and BART Charter Public School to evacuate. Classes are canceled for the day at both schools.

The Hoosac Valley Elementary School said the reason for evacuation is the large amounts of smoke from the fire. The BART School is evacuating to the Adams Visitor's Center on Hoosac Street.
