The Steelmen return to action against Aberavon RFC this evening, just 3 days since their last match in Super Rygbi Cymru.

The Steelmen last faced Aberavon RFC back in September 2024 in the first round of Super Rygbi Cymru winning by 34 -22.

Jason Strange has made 8 changes to the starting XV that faced Newport on Sunday with Morgan Richards returning on the wing. Dan Buffery makes his first start at scrum half while there are 6 changes in the pack.
