How will Topeka make money on downtown parking?

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Questions and concerns from city leaders about plans to increase parking rates downtown arise after the city council meeting on Tuesday, April 15.

27 News spoke to District 5 councilman Brett Kell and he said he doesn't want to "over charge" just to bring in more money. 

Car dealership gives $7K to local nonprofit

"It's kind of a balance we have to work out, that we want to make sure there's available parking for people to go to all these businesses downtown," Kell said.
