Mumbai roads to be fully concretised by April 2027, says Deputy CM Eknath Shinde

Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde, announced that Mumbai's road network will be fully concretized and pothole-free by April 2027. The government initiated the concretization of 700 km of roads in 2022, with 400 km currently under construction. The project includes utility ducts to prevent repeated digging and utilizes 'M60' material for durable, accident-free roads lasting 25-30 years.
