Eddie Howe recovers in hospital after pneumonia diagnosis, to miss Newcastle United's upcoming games

Eddie Howe, the manager of Newcastle United since 2021, was admitted to hospital in northern UK last week after being diagnosed with pneumonia. As he recovers in hospital, Howe has issued a message from the club website and thanked all connected with Newcastle United and the wider football community for their "messages and warm wishes."
