How the Columbus Blue Jackets can make the playoffs entering the final week

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The Blue Jackets won all four of their games last week, keeping their playoff hopes alive heading into the final week of the NHL regular season.

They secured wins over Ottawa, Buffalo, and back-to-back over the Eastern Conference-leading Washington Capitals, outscoring opponents 19-5.

The Blue Jackets sit three points behind the Montreal Canadiens for the final wild card spot in the Eastern Conference going into Monday's games. Each team has two games remaining.
