HDFC Capital, Eldeco join hands for Rs 1,500 cr push into tier-2 and tier-3 housing

HDFC Capital Advisors and Eldeco Group have established a Rs 1,500 crore platform to develop residential projects in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. This initiative aims to construct 18 projects spanning 10 million square feet, with a gross development value exceeding Rs 11,000 crore over the next four to five years.
