Parents of two disabled children can adopt a third child: Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court has instructed authorities to re-evaluate a Mumbai couple's request to adopt a third child. The couple has two disabled children. The Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) had previously denied their plea. CARA cited a rule against adopting a normal child when parents already have two biological children.
