Street urgently evacuated after ‘significant’ gas explosion reduces homes to rubble

Firefighters have warned residents to stay away from a ‘significant’ gas explosion in Nottinghamshire which has destroyed a home.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to John Street, Worksop, this evening after residents reported hearing an explosion.
